Clothing and Accessories For Women With Special Needs

I'm finding that as I get older, it is getting harder and harder to keep my middle from getting rounder and rounder. I go to the gym, run about 2 miles, work out with weights, but cannot seem to get the 10-15 pounds off that is now sitting there. I have read about juicing on other websites - but am not sure how to start. Does anyone out there juice on a regular basis? Any information on what works, which juicers are the best, etc. Thanks all!!
